We are a Northern Beaches based Counselling business that aims to guide and support people to refresh and enrich their lives. We work with people of all backgrounds and ages through individual therapy and group sessions. We are inclusive, culturally aware, and want to provide people with the tools to discover their own potential and new creative life pathways.

Refresh Counselling Centre  also provides the community with skills to foster enrichment, expansion and self realisation leading to connection and balance within relationships and groups.
